  1. I just found your blog and the lovely chalk green dresser. Divine. I'm trying to connect via Pinterest but keep getting an error. (It connects to 'parisobsessed'). Would you mind sharing your page name there? Thank you in advance.

    1. Angela, Thank you for the information and I'm glad you found me. I have my Pinterest account set up for my blog, but perhaps when that PIN was repined last year it wasn't. Not sure how to fix previous pins though.

Thank you again for letting me know and for finding my blog! Glad you liked the dresser!

  2. I, too, just tried to follow you by Pinterest and it said page not available. I love your furniture. Do you sell, and, if so, do you ship and where are you located?

  4. Thank you for sharing. I just started to read The Energy Bus by Jon Gordon and you reinforce the idea of belief in self. Congratulations on GOING FOR IT.

  5. Melody,
I just stumbled upon your blog and I am in love! You have so many great ideas! I love the little cream colored side table that you have displayed at the top of your home page but haven't been able to find it on any of your tabs. Am I missing it? I would love to re-create that look.

  6. Melody Smith,
I just painted to pieces of furniture and clear wax them using annie sloan product. Painting part work rather well, one pieces taking 4 coats of olde white. My question and problem is wax. I started using to much on a drawer, with other pieces being alright. Question is the over waxed drawer, how do I fix it? Paint over wax and wax again or or?

    Thanks for your input

    1. Hi Tom,

When that has happened to me I've painted over the wax and started again. A little wax goes a long way and it does take a bit of practice. Let me know if you have any other questions.

    1. Cristen, sorry but can you be a bit more specific? There are a few different yellow dressers. I don't want to refer to the wrong one.

      Thank you!

  9. I am confused. On the painting of upholstery you said use a spray bottle. For what. What is supposed to go into the spray bottle and is the paint medium and water mixed together and painted on with a brush only?
